Team

Business judgment and technical depth, working on the same problem.

UZU was built because the hardest business problems rarely fit neatly inside one discipline.

Sean

Sean works from the business inward. Across Deloitte, EY, and startup environments, he has helped teams untangle complex operating problems, navigate transformation, and find practical paths to growth. At UZU, he brings the operating judgment needed to understand what is actually holding a business back and turn ambiguity into action.

Andy

Andy works from the system outward. After leading data work inside an AI company, he developed deep experience across data, automation, and AI systems. At UZU, he turns technical complexity into dependable products, workflows, and infrastructure that solve real business problems.

Different lenses. Same problem.

One side of UZU starts with how the business works. The other starts with what technology can make possible. The work happens where those perspectives meet.

We want businesses to scale without being held back by the systems underneath them.

Our job is to keep digging until we understand the root of the problem, then use every capability we have to solve it. Sometimes that means changing a process. Sometimes it means data, software, automation, AI, growth systems, or a combination. We care about what changes in the business, not which discipline gets the credit.

We built UZU to stay close to the problem, the work, and the outcome.
